When childhood friends Linus Andersson and Ronnie Aronsson from Kopparberg began sharing their country covers on social media, they had no idea how far their passion would take them. Just over a year and more than 5 million views later, the duo found themselves working with an artist team, recording songs written by American hitmakers, and filling up their booking calendar.

Growing up in a small village in the Bergslagen forests—where hunting, fishing, and the calm country life are central—Northlake Shivers have created a unique country sound that reflects their relaxed and down-to-earth roots. Their genuine style has made an impact far beyond their hometown and brought them impressive success early in their career.

The duo has already collaborated with American hit songwriters, gained over 34,000 followers on Instagram and 16,000 on TikTok, climbed into the Top 10 on Spotify’s Swedish Viral 50 chart, and performed live on Bingolotto and SVT’s Go’kväll—one of Sweden’s most popular TV shows.

And this is only the beginning. Their long-awaited debut album, Beer Pressure, was released on February 14, 2025, and has already surpassed 3 million streams. The first leg of the accompanying Beer Pressure Tour was a huge success, taking the duo across Sweden throughout the year. Now, the next part of the tour kicks off to close out the year.
